A true web 2.0 recruiting environment.

iDlogik connects you to a growing and motivated pool of internet savvy candidates.

Our innovative approach allows you to vastly exceed the reach of a simple job advert, by harnessing the true power of the internet in promoting your workplace organically within online candidate networks… and beyond.

Read on to learn how you can both minimise your recruiting costs, and position your organisation to gain real competitive advantage during the post-downturn re-hiring boom.

Recruit powerfully via your website.

iDlogik ResumeLink works as a simple link on your company's website. The link allows candidates to add their eResume to your live resume pool in response to advertised job roles, as a general expression of interest, or to be the first to learn of future job opportunities. The system can also be integrated into your online job adverts to attract and deliver resumes in a uniform format.

Drive candidate response rates.

ResumeLink is unlike existing automated job application submission systems as it replaces the requirement for candidates to manually re-enter the content of their resume with a single 'apply now' click!

This avoids the pitfalls of existing systems, which act to drive down response rates and skew applications towards lower quality candidates who are less inclined to seek an easier alternative.

Using ResumeLink, candidates simply link their eResume to your organisation with a single click. If they don't already have an eResume, they are encouraged to build one in the knowledge that they will benefit from a free and powerful career resource that delivers ongoing value throughout their career.

Avoiding the manual trap.

Manual resume submissions indicate strong candidate interest in your organisation and have obvious value. If poorly managed however, high submission rates can quickly lead to information overload as your systems become overwhelmed with an endless stream of resumes of varying quality and formats. Sorting the good from the bad in this situation can become a serious drain on resources, whilst failing to respond to each and every submission can be damaging to your brand.

Automate your candidate management.

The uniform structure of eResumes means that receiving one has the same effect as if its content was entered directly into a back-end HR management system. From there, automated responses, powerful filtering and search tools, as well as automated alerts allow you to respond appropriately to each submission whilst also providing pinpoint accuracy in locating the hottest prospects.

Promote your organisation.

ResumeLink works tirelessly, growing your pool of potential candidates organically, motivating individuals to join your network both via your own website as well as through promotion within the greater iDlogik candidate network. You are able to choose a level of interaction with candidates that best suits your anticipated recruiting needs, allowing you to fill vacant positions in the minimum of time and fuss, with candidates who not only hold the relevant skills but most likely represent the best cultural fit.

Head-hunt with iDlogik.

You can set up email alerts to notify you of candidates who possess the required skills, qualifications or work experience, but why wait for the right candidate to find you when you can take a far more pro-active approach! Powerful functionality allows you to promote your organisation and locate your ideal candidate within the greater iDlogik community, whilst real-time information on availability and willingness to consider offers within candidate eResumes make choosing the best approach all the more simpler.

Manage your internal skills-base.

ResumeLink is not simply an external recruiting tool. By encouraging your existing employees to build and link their eResumes to your internal network, you create a powerful organisation-wide, live skills database with which to manage your internal recruiting and succession planning.

Slash your recruiting overhead.

ResumeLink empowers candidates to take the leading role in delivering their information to you in a highly structured and accessible way, essentially taking all the hard work out of sorting and reviewing incoming resumes. This, combined with powerful candidate search and networking functionality ensures that locating and contacting your ideal candidates becomes a walk in the park.

A. Expedition leader.
Q3. What were the key duties and responsibilities of this position?
A. To organise and conduct expeditions around the world in search of rare ancient relics and artifacts for my museums.
Q4. How effective was the individual in completing the above tasks?
A. Very effective. Indiana was always very professional in his research and organisation of expeditions. His preparation and commitment resulted in many successful expeditions in which he retrieved such artifacts as the Ark of the Covenant, the Cross of Coronado, and even the Holy Grail.
Q5. In your opinion, what were the individual's strengths and weaknesses?
A. His strengths are his passion and commitment to archaeology. He is professional in the classroom and adventurous in his pursuit for ancient artifacts. He is also immortal after drinking from the Holy Grail. His weakness lies in his ability to get stuck in dangerous and life threatening situations although he also has inner strength that allows him to read these situations and escape. Believe it or not, a weakness is that he has an extreme phobia of snakes.

Q12. How did the candidate handle a crisis, pressure or stress?
A. Although I rarely accompanied Indiana on his missions I was informed that on numerous occasions he dealt with any crisis adequately. However, he has a phobia for snakes and his judgment has been known to stray when snakes are around.
Q13. Can you please describe the candidate's overall performance?
A. Second to none. A committed adventurer and passionate lecturer with a heart of gold.
Q14. Would you re-hire this individual in a similar position? Why or why not?

A. I would have no hesitation in recommending Indiana Jones for any field expeditions that you are planning. He has an extensive knowledge of archaeology that has been developed through years of practical expeditions as well as through many years researching and lecturing to students.
